Revealing my Inner Treasure.

As a child,

Indiana Jones and Sherlock Holmes stirred my blood and imagination. There was LIFE to be lived - saving precious treasures for humanity, finding truth and penetrating mystery! What surpassed even these heroic fantasies was my love for Dance. For decades she was to invigorate me with a power much larger than myself.

My academic field was an intersection of Accounting, Corporate Finance, Third World Politics and Sociology. This led to my time in technology and business consulting, where I overhauled my country's financial system, synergised hugely complex stakeholders’ interests and processes. I felt need for deeper human changes starting with my own.

I was on fire again,

on my almost life-long exploration of the human being’s potential and power through dance, meditation and practice-oriented wisdom traditions. I experienced that life grows with Beauty when we can open up to notice the ways we are not just different, we are also similar. We share so much and are so interdependent.

My work is to bring our exquisite human qualities more fully to life,

so we can enjoy greater unity within and contribute generously to what we care about. I support high-functioning professionals and teams towards more powerful and fulfilling ways of being. I bring:

16 years' of somatic coaching, apprenticeship and teaching experience in China, Thailand, France and my native Singapore.

20 years’ spiritual study and practice.

I cultivate embodied development where the benefits show up across the worlds of profession, self and relationships. I share a symphony of powerful methodologies and practices such as Integral Coaching®, Leadership Embodiment®, Conscious Business, Enneagram of Personality® and wisdom traditions.

As leaders we can evolve culture and bring beauty to our emerging world. This is the pulse that beats across all my creative expressions - as dancer, editor, healing therapist, Mentor Coach at New Ventures West - pioneer Integral Coaching® institution, and as Regional Director for Leadership Embodiment Asia.
